Designed to introduce women to unique coping strategies they might not have previously used, we have brought together credible and compassionate professionals to lead each of the workshops. Following a healthy lunch, sit quietly or stroll around and enjoy the beauty of Our Lady of Grace.

Ask a Health Coach - MaryAnn Jones HHC, Founder of Thrive Naturally
Join MaryAnn for a Q&A session where you will get answers to specific health and wellness questions including: How do I find hidden soy in my diet? Which supplements reduce my risk of recurrence? Do I really need to exercise? What is a paraben?

Essential Oils for Supportive Care - Karan Kaelin, CSJ

Unloading Your Worries/A Place for Your Worries - Joyce Law
The group opens with an introduction of worry dolls and is asked to explore their worries. From there they begin to create a unique and individualized worry doll in which they can unload their worries onto.

T'ai Chi Chih - Karen Kaelin CSJ
​Tai Chi Chih, a meditation in motion that activates, circulates, and balances energy, provides many health benefits. Its nineteen easy-to-do movements are usually done standing, but can be done seated. Come for a gentle, peaceful, relaxing, and energy producing experience to Native American flute music.​

Meditation for Mind and Heart - Karyn Van Name (Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor)
Experience simple and practical types of meditation, which will slow down the chatter in your head, bring clarity of mind and release stress. You will experience the pre- sent moment and open to the wisdom and compassion of your heart. You will feel more ease and peace while enhancing your health and wellbeing.

Yoga for Healing and Wholeness - Karyn Van Name(Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor)
Align with a unique source of healing power through the practice of yoga and breath work.  When carefully practiced, you will tap into and draw from universal, therapeutic energy and remember your inherent wholeness. Bring yoga mat if you have one!

Music and Rythm - Pamela Carlton MS, MT-BC​
Come join us for interactive therapeutic group drumming experience, as we connect with other women in music and rhythm. Explore your feelings in a supportive environment, on a drum, tambourine, and other interesting instruments! Returning and new participants welcomed—no musical experience necessary!

Participants may attend one workshop per hour-long session. Please indicate your preference for each session A, B, and C.
