Designed to introduce women to unique coping strategies they might not have previously used, we have brought together credible and compassionate professionals to lead each of the workshops. Following a healthy lunch, sit quietly or stroll around and enjoy the beauty of Our Lady of Grace.

Its nineteen easy-to-do movements are usually done standing, but can be done seated. Come for a gentle, peaceful, relaxing, and energy producing experience to Native American flute music.

Experience simple and practical types of meditation, which will slow down the chatter in your head, bring clarity of mind and release stress. You will experience the pre- sent moment and open to the wisdom and compassion of your heart. You will feel more ease and peace while enhancing your health and wellbeing.

Align with a unique source of healing power through the practice of yoga and breath work. When carefully practiced, you will tap into and draw from universal, therapeutic energy and remember your inherent wholeness. Bring yoga mat if you have one!

Practicing gratitude is not just a nice thing to do, it has proven health benefits. During this interactive workshop, Lorraine, Gratitude Writer, Speaker and Coach, will inspire you to keep a simple practice she calls, Vitamin G. you will learn about the healing power of gratitude and how practicing for just 5 minutes a day can help reduce stress, balance hormones, and bring about greater happiness to yourself and others.
Music and Rythm - Pamela Carlton MS, MT-BC
Come join us for interactive therapeutic group drumming experience, as we connect with other women in music and rhythm. Explore your feelings in a supportive environment, on a drum, tambourine, and other interesting instruments! Returning and new participants welcomed—no musical experience necessary!
